dmn clinic project

The DMN Clinic Project seeks to establish a fully equipped medical facility in the underserved community of Liberia. This initiative addresses the critical shortage of accessible healthcare services, where residents currently face long travel distances, high costs, and limited availability of medical providers.

The clinic will provide primary care, maternal health, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management, improving the overall health and well-being of many disabled individuals.

Expected outcomes include a measurable decrease in preventable illnesses, improved maternal and child health, and stronger community resilience.

our why

  • In Liberia, individuals with disabilities often face social exclusion, poverty, and limited access to medical care.

  • Few facilities provide disability-specific services; most are inaccessible due to infrastructure barriers and lack of trained staff.

  • Improve rehabilitation services for disabled individuals.

  • Foster community empowerment and long-term health equity.

  • Reduced health disparities, increased access to healthcare, and improved overall well-being of disabled community members.

Our clinic is so close to becoming the refuge and care our community has been waiting for, but it is not yet complete. The walls are standing, the doors are open, and the vision is alive—but a few vital finishing touches remain. Essential medical equipment, basic supplies, and life-saving medicines are still needed before we can fully serve the disabled community with the care they deserve. With your support, we can bridge this final gap and transform an unfinished building into a place of healing, dignity, and hope.
